ONGOING ORIENTATION
Ongoing orientation is the support that accompanies you during your university career through specific support and training actions, aided by some specific individuals.
In this section you will discover the various opportunities aimed at supporting, motivating and guiding students during all phases of their university programme, both practical and education-based:
- WELCOME, FRESHERS! The first day dedicated to new students: you will be able to familiarize yourself with the environment, get to know the professors and staff of the Department. Here you will receive information on "university life", you will have your first opportunity to look at the practical aspects of university life: from lesson times to the drafting of the study plan, and the services that the University offers.
- training credits needed to start teaching: specific courses will already be active within your university career for the recruitment and training of teachers! Do you want to teach? See this page
- The support offered to students in completing their university studies involves the following figures:
- the teacher-tutor, whom you can contact for information on study methods. Find information on the different teachers in the Didactics-Courses section.
- at the DSF there are also didactic tutors for specific training areas. These are highly skilled graduates or undergraduates who are dedicated to assisting students on the degree programme and will help you address gaps and smooth out difficulties in particular fields of study.
- you can count on the SOSTA helpdesk (University Guidance and Tutoring Service). The operator is a university student who has the task of bringing the administrative system closer to students, in a friendly and informal way.
The University Counselling service provides psychological counselling through the work of doctors with psycho-therapeutic training, coordinated by a supervisor.
