On this page you will find e-books of various exam preparation or further reading textbooks. Currently available:

• EDRA exam preparation textbooks: enter the platform and log in with your institutional credentials. The texts can be browsed but it is possible to download only the index and first chapter of each book.
  • Ubidictionary online portal for language dictionaries
  • On the Taylor&Francis platform there are other e-books purchased from the SBA and the DSF library. Find the list of titles in the attachment
  • Wiley online library: Fundamentals of Food Biotechnology ; Advances in Food Biotechnology 
  • Books of mathematics / statistics, available on the Ebscohost  platform. Please find attached the list of books purchased
  • Books of mathematics / statistics on the Taylor & Francis platform, the list of titles is attached

New digital resource: Encyclopedia of Food Chemistry, Elsevier. Access is via the Ebscohost platform, type the title of the resource in the search string.

A digital loan service was also launched at University Library System level on the Media Library online (MLOL), with multidisciplinary contents.
