• EDRA exam preparation textbooks: enter the platform and log in with your institutional credentials. The texts can be browsed but it is possible to download only the index and first chapter of each book (ebook in italian language).
• Elsevier: Encyclopedia of Food Chemistry. Access is via the Ebscohost platform, type the title in the search box.
• Elsevier Major Reference Works (MRW): There are 5 titles available in the following subject areas: physics, engineering, biology, medical sciences, searchable on the platform Sciencedirect and downloadable chapter by chapter in PDF format, and are also available in the catalog BiblioUPO.

• Media Library online (MLOL) multidisciplinary contents (in italian)

• Pearson Vitalsource Bookshelf. A collection of e-books on scientific and socio-economic topics; these texts are mainly used for courses in biology, biological sciences, computer science and economics.You can also read offline by installing the Bookshelf app on your device (also available for mobile devices). Some ebooks are in english 

• Taylor&Francis platform. Find the list of titles in the attachment
• Wiley online library: Fundamentals of Food Biotechnology ; Advances in Food Biotechnology 
• Ubidictionary online portal for language dictionaries
• Zanichelli. Method of access: search the e-books in the BiblioUPO catalogue or consult the list title attached. In the second case: Click on the link to the e-book you are interested in, Log on to the platform, selecting the name of the university and using your own login credentials: you will see a preview of the index and, in some cases, the first chapter. You will be able to choose whether to consult the ebook on the browswer or on a mobile device. Download first the app Locklizard Viewer which allows you to view the text online. The app is available for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems. Loans have a duration of 30 days, and cannot be returned early. The licence allows simultaneous access by 5 users.
