Important notice regarding exam sessions - from 1° January 2019

Students must come to exams complete with print-out of their electronic transcript of records booklet, an identity document and their smart-card (card with photo issued by the Student Services).

This document can be printed by accessing your personal page (Web Services).

All students are reminded that, in compliance with the University Didactic Regulations and specifically with art. 35 of the same (the student can take the same exam no more than three times in an academic year) a ban on further registration is inserted into the ESSE3 system once the 3 possibilities have been reached.

The calculation is made on the exam sessions of the calendar year.

Therefore, a student who does not pass the same exam or is "insufficient", "withdrawn" or "refuses" the grade 3 times in the year, cannot re-enrol for the exam but must wait for the following year.

The ban is automatically inserted into the system and cannot be removed.
